About our Farm

The Big Island of Hawaii is the very definition of paradise for an organic farmer.  On Honu Kula Farm we are fortunate to have a wealth of rich volcanic soil.  In addition, we have the sunny mornings and cloudy afternoons which help give Kona Coffee it’s world renowned taste and aroma.  At

2200 ft. elevation, we are able to

grow a wide variety of organic

fruits and veggies along with our

coffee.


    About our Coffee

When the coffee is ready to be

picked, it is a bright red and is

called coffee cherry.  We pick

the cherry by hand, being careful

that only the ripest, finest beans

find their way into our picking 

baskets.  This quality control is a big reason coffee from smaller estate farms such as Honu Kula is so superior.
